soulfully?
You are invited to become part of the
House of Menuha
DREAM CIRCLE:
~ Call or register online today ~
Mondays, March 1, 15, 29 and April
12, 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
Facilitated by Marlene Wine Chase, LCSW, MDiv, Adjunct
Menuha Facilitator
The
dreams which visit us at night contain wisdom and guidance which can
help us grow our souls, if we honor them with our attention. In this
Dream Circle, we learn guidelines for dream interpretation, share the
wisdom and experience each of us may have had with our own dreams, and
explore in depth the meaning of a few specific dreams which Circle members
might wish to share. Whether you are new to working with your dreams,
or have already done this for a while, new insights and encouragement
emerge as we open to the mystery of dreams in a group setting.
New participants can come at 9:30 AM on
March 1 to meet with Marlene for a brief orientation.
The suggested donation for
each Dream Circle session is $15-$25. The commitment
requested of your attendance in the group is -
1. To attend all 4 sessions.
2. To send a donation even if something comes up that makes your attendance
impossible. We ask this because we cannot fill your space in your absence,
and your donations help us "keep the doors open" at Menuha
and support Marlene's facilitation.

New Normal: Spiritual Conversations
In
these times of great and often difficult change, many are seeking spiritual
practices for comfort and reassurance. Despite all the bad news that
bombards us daily — scandals, bailouts, unemployment — or
maybe because of it, we are becoming more aware and awake and yearning
for a new sense of normalcy. Come join us for a better understanding
about the changes that are taking place and spiritual conversations
that can uplift and center us in uncertain times. Facilitated by Marty
Stanley, Author and Speaker.

Follow Your Soul’s Desires

“What is important now?” In this program we will use the
energy of the group, plus inner-directed exercises, to help us listen
to our soul more deeply for guidance at this moment of our lives. Facilitated
by Marlene Wine Chase, LCSW, MDiv, Adjunct Menuha Facilitator.

Insight Meditation
Meditating on your own is a great practice,
but there are special blessings in meditating with a fascinating group
of contemplative women! The group remains in silence for two approximately
30-minute periods. Uniformity of technique is not important - Centering
Prayer, TM, Insight Meditation and other methods are all practiced.
This monthly group includes both practicing and aspiring meditators.
Please join us! Jennifer Parker, Facilitator

drum, please bring it. Drums, rattles and bells will be available to
use if you do not have a drum to bring. No previous drumming experience
is necessary. This reflective evening is guided by Ginger Farley. |
