About House of Menuha

Women today have accepted new commitments and obligations — to relationships, to career, to others in need through volunteer work. This daily rhythm can create pressure of physical and emotional stress.

Women want and need quiet and solitude in their busy lives. House of Menuha provides a place for women to slow down and simply BE. It's new and unique! There is no place quite like it anywhere else.

House of Menuha
provides a quiet, private place for a woman to:

Read
Write in her journal
Pray
Nourish her soul
Renew Herself
Be nurtured by others
Remember the past
Transition into the future
Grieve her loss
Cry her tears
Rest, relax
Renew her spirit
Dream
Hope

Be Alone . . . or Be With Others

House of Menuha offers a gift of solitude for the woman who chooses to give herself the gift of time. Private rooms and the Garden of Reflection are available as well as reading materials, recorded music and other resources.

Groups of women also gather for Menuha Reflections to share their stories, experiences, thoughts and emotions about their families, friends, communities, each other — and most importantly, about themselves and their personal journey in life. Space also is available for your group for uses such as: staff retreat, grief group meeting, organizational monthly gathering, or a lunch with friends.
